What is a Sauna Thermometer and Hygrometer?
In order to achieve optimal sauna conditions for home saunas, you will need a sauna thermometer and a sauna hygrometer. The thermometer determines the room’s temperature, while the hygrometer measures humidity.
As the human body temperature is between 98-100ºF (37ºC), even a slight rise can cause hyperthermia, collapse, and coma. And having control over the sauna’s humidity is equally as important as knowing the temperature.
